Privacy Policy

The short version

  • We only collect what we need to build your website and bill you.
  • Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We never sell your information.
  • You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information at any time.

1.What we collect

  1. 1.1Contact details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and business address.
  2. 1.2Website content: the photos, logos, menus, hours, prices and other information you give us, or that we use from your business's public social media pages and Google listing with your permission.
  3. 1.3Account access: access to your domain registrar or DNS settings when needed to connect your website.
  4. 1.4Billing records: invoices, payment dates and amounts, and your acceptance of our Terms of Service.

2.How we use it

  1. 2.1To design, build, host and update your website.
  2. 2.2To send invoices, receipts and notices about your account, including renewal and price-change notices.
  3. 2.3To provide support and respond to your requests.
  4. 2.4To meet our legal and tax obligations.

3.Payments

  1. 3.1Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We can see only limited details, such as the card brand and last four digits.

4.Sharing

  1. 4.1We do not sell your information.
  2. 4.2We share information only with the services we use to run your website and our business, such as our payment processor, hosting provider and domain registrar, and only as needed for those services.
  3. 4.3We may disclose information if required by law.
  4. 4.4Information you choose to publish on your website, such as your address, phone number and hours, is public.

5.How long we keep it

  1. 5.1We keep your information while you are a customer. After you cancel, we keep billing records as long as the law requires and delete the rest within a reasonable time after your website and domain are transferred to you.
  2. 5.2We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

6.Your choices

  1. 6.1You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, except records we must keep by law.
  2. 6.2Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
  3. 6.3We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and email customers about significant changes.
